25 04 2021 We are open to guests for 2021 late spring and summer seasons!

After strict quarantines, restrictions on movement between municipalities and a lot of our attention to various work in the homestead in the meantime, we would like to inform you that Trys Liepos (Three Lindens) is ready to welcome guests for a safe active or quiet rest in our farmstead all to yourselves from May 11 this year!

26.11.2020 Trys liepos and sustainability

Homestead Trys liepos is not only the shelter for the family, the place where you can rest with family and friends, but also our gratitude to the nature. We have fostered the homestead in a sustainable manner so that everything correlates with natural rhythm of nature. We also gathered in the first harvest of Luffa this autumn.

What is Luffa? They are similar to zucchini or cucumbers, and the plant itself belongs to the family of pumpkins. The way of their preparation is interesting! Luffa’s structure of sufficiently ripened fruit turns into fibre, which can be used as a sponge. You will find them in the kitchen of the homestead Trys liepos – it is a completely natural and compostable product perfectly well-performing the function of a regular sponge, anti-allergenic and sustainable. See you in the homestead!

24.11.2020 Holiday mood is already with us

It is always more pleasant to wait during the period of festivals, when we see less and less daylight or sunbeams, with cosy lighting, plenty of lamps, smells reminding of Christmas, and various decorations which cause joy and bring back pleasant memories.

Therefore, as the biggest and the most beautiful festivals of the year come rolling, the homestead Trys Liepos has already started breathing holiday spirit and mood. This means that if you rent the homestead during this period, you will not have to take care of decorations, you will only have to enjoy.

We made most of the decorations with our own hands, from the materials naturally found in nature. We also took care of the Christmas tree which we decorated with love and which we plan to plant in our yard after the holidays so that it could give joy for you and us for many years. At Trys Liepos you will find an essential oil aroma diffuser which will let you create a desirable aroma and set the right mood.

Upsas, our Corgi, is always with us, and if not, it keeps dreaming about us coming back home. Your pet keeps waiting for the weekends and holidays even more than you.

And when we watch its hanging down the tongue and impatiently sparkling eyes, we even forget our day at work. Our all guests can arrive to the homestead Trys liepos with their pets without any additional fee.

Let Rex, Bella or Benji jump into the boot, there is plenty of place in Trys liepos for all!

05.11.2020 Information related to COVID-19 pandemic.

With reference to the Government’s decree of 04.11.2020, universal quarantine is being established in Lithuania in the period from 07.11.2020 to 28.11.2020 (with the possibility of extension).

That is why the following recommendations are announced which are relevant when renting the homesteads or having intentions of doing that:

It is recommended to limit mobility for unnecessary reasons and to leave the place of residence only when going to work, trade place, because of health care and other services, not to arrange personal festivals in private areas or to organize them with not more than 10 people with masks.
It is suggested to restrict close contact with the members of other families or to have the meetings of the members of not more than two families or households with masks.
In the presence of such circumstances and recommendations, our homestead Trys Liepos (Three lindens) stays open to the visitors because there are all possibilities in the homestead of keeping to the described recommendations. Not more than 10 people (including the children) can stay in Trys Liepos and we rent the whole building of the homestead only to one client. Thus there are no shared premises and one client has the whole house and the area of surrounding 6.5 ha to his/her family (perhaps only sharing with one or another wild animal). During the exchange of the visitors we ventilate the premises, tidy and disinfect at least 3 hours before receiving other guests. You will find disinfectant liquid in the premises of the homestead, and we ask all guests to take care of the facial masks for their own needs.

Let’s follow the recommendations, frequently wash our hands and we will have safe holidays 🙂

Important. We don’t allow people for self-isolation in the homestead Trys Liepos and we also do not accept guests having the symptoms of the disease.

29.10.2020 The homestead which is adapted to the leisure of the whole family

The former first wave of quarantine provided the possibility of stopping the tempo of life at least for a short period of time and spending more time with the family. Perhaps many of us puzzled our brains over the occupation of ourselves and our children. Some of us remembered old table games, puzzles or riddles. Some of us found long walks in the forest, bike riding, badminton, etc. Some of us discovered totally new activities and perhaps remembered the activities with the family which was forgotten a long time ago. This period showed to us perfectly well how much we can discover and do together with the family when we have time for that.

The homestead Trys liepos (Three lindens) is a project based on family’s ideas and created by it for several years. Family is one of the most important values for us therefore we created the homestead in a way that is comfortable for everyone, and soon, our future visitors – you – will feel that. We hope that here the shelter will be found by those families (and not only) which want to escape from the din of the city, to spend qualitative time with each other and set out for the adventure offered by Trys liepos.

After arriving to our homestead, every family and its members will be able not only to feel like home, but also to find the activity they like even in the cold season:

To start on the trips over the unknown surroundings after learning the principles of Northern walking with sticks in advance
To play the game of petanque in the meadow (really easy to learn and is fun)
To light the bathhouse, warm up well, relax and perhaps even take a swim in a cool pond
To compete together, puzzle your brains, create strategies when playing table or card games. You will find Codenames pictures, Junior Alias, Saboteur, Uno Flip games when staying with us. And perhaps you already have your favourite game which you know well? Don’t forget to bring it 🙂
To switch the game console Xbox one X on and try new or play well-known computer games. In the homestead you will find such games as GTA V, Stars Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, Fifa, NBA, Zoo Tycoon (will be added) in the homestead. You will also find 4 control panels for not to play alone.
And perhaps you will have the mood of switching the sound system on and listening to music, introduce the family members with your favourite works or just create a suitable atmosphere and mood for your stay.

Or maybe you will just want to sit on the sofa and watch the film or series at last which have been delayed for so long?

25.10.2020 Very soon the homestead Trys liepos (Three lindens) will be open to its visitors

We are really glad that the project of the homestead Trys liepos gathers momentum and will be soon open to all those who want to spend their leisure time in our homestead.

So, let’s begin. What is Trys liepos? It is a modern homestead established and fostered by the family where guests can feel at home. The country-house sits in a 6.5-hectare individual farmstead covered by the wall of verdure, this guarantees the guests’ peace, privacy and purity. The name of Trys liepos originates from the fact that the central yard of the homestead is covered by three big long-time lindens which, like natural umbrella, protect from rain, provide shade, cosiness and let you ponder about their long history in this very place. They are located in our big individual farmstead with small hills, fields and small forests.

You will find everything that you need for your comfortable and cosy rest by modern standards in the main building of the homestead, which story began in 1936 and after renovations continues until this day:

Spacious sitting-room and dining-room’s zone. Here you will find a sofa, a big dining table, a fireplace, TV and Apple TV multimedia player, Xbox One game console, sound system, etc.
Kitchen with all necessary equipment, dishes, tools, etc.
Bathroom with a shower cabin, cupboard, personal hygiene products, washing machine, hair dryer, etc.
Three cosy bedrooms in which up to 6 people can stay in double beds. You will also find chest of drawers, wardrobes in these rooms, and even a workplace in one of them.
Wi-Fi in the whole building of the homestead.
