Homestead Trys liepos is not only the shelter for the family, the place where you can rest with family and friends, but also our gratitude to the nature. We have fostered the homestead in a sustainable manner so that everything correlates with natural rhythm of nature. We also gathered in the first harvest of Luffa this autumn.

What is Luffa? They are similar to zucchini or cucumbers, and the plant itself belongs to the family of pumpkins. The way of their preparation is interesting! Luffa’s structure of sufficiently ripened fruit turns into fibre, which can be used as a sponge. You will find them in the kitchen of the homestead Trys liepos – it is a completely natural and compostable product perfectly well-performing the function of a regular sponge, anti-allergenic and sustainable.
